    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReportSpamCall.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

    About the Operator

    This Service is operated by Veritable Group, LLC, a California limited liability company, with a principal address of 3400 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825 (“Operator”). The Operator is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Operator may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

    1. Purpose of the Service

    ReportSpamCall.com is an informational platform that allows users to:

    • Search phone numbers,
    • View public reports submitted by users, and
    • Submit their own reports describing unwanted or suspicious calls.

    The Service is provided for general informational purposes only. The Service does not verify or validate any user-submitted content. User submissions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.

    2. No Legal Advice

    Nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice. The Operator does not provide attorney services, legal recommendations, or representation. Users should consult a qualified attorney regarding any legal questions or potential claims.

    3. User-Submitted Content

    Users may submit reports describing calls they received, including:

    • The phone number being reported,
    • A category of call (e.g., scam, telemarketing),
    • A description or narrative,
    • Any company name or entity mentioned by the caller.

    All user-submitted content is unverified and represents the sole opinion and responsibility of the submitting user. The Operator does not endorse, guarantee, or validate any user submissions.

    By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

    • The content is based on your own experience,
    • The content is not knowingly false or misleading,
    • You are not impersonating any person or entity,
    • The content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

    4. Public Display of User Content

    By submitting content, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to store, display, publish, modify, and use the content for any purpose connected to the operation of the Service.

    Content submitted to the Service may be displayed publicly on ReportSpamCall.com. You acknowledge and agree that:

    • The Operator is not obligated to publish any content,
    • The Operator may remove, edit, or refuse to display content at its sole discretion,
    • The Operator does not verify removal requests or confirm authorship of any submission.

    5. Content Removal Requests

    Users may request removal of submitted content by contacting the Operator. The Operator may, but is not obligated to, remove content upon request.

    The Operator:

    • Has sole discretion to grant or deny removal requests,
    • Does not confirm whether the requester is the original author,
    • Is not required to provide explanations for removal decisions.

    6. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to submit or transmit any content that:

    • Contains profanity, hate speech, harassment, or threats,
    • Incites violence or promotes harmful behavior,
    • Defames, abuses, or targets private individuals,
    • Makes unverified allegations of criminal activity,
    • Contains commercial advertising, solicitations, or promotional links,
    • Includes malware, scripts, bots, or harmful code,
    • Attempts to manipulate Service functionality,

    The Operator may remove or restrict any content violating these rules.

    • That search results reflect current or verified data,
    • That company names or entities referenced in reports are correct.

    9. No Use for Regulated Decisions (FCRA Disclaimer)

    The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use the Service or any information obtained from it to make decisions about:
